A two-day workshop on Psychometric Analysis was held on June 21st and 22nd , 2024, at Sahyadri College in Shivamogga, organized by Pathways, the Training and Placement Cell., Mrs. Sridevi R G and Ms. Ananya S, Staff of KAPMIAHS Shivamoga  led and guided  the workshop with the help of M.sc Clinical Psychology students  which aimed to promote self-awareness among students through the administration of the 16 PF Questionnaire and Tromso Social Intelligence Scale. The M.sc students  took upon themselves various  roles- such as test administrators, activity facilitators, and counselors, to help their peers in Pathways to  understand their strengths and weaknesses. It was truly an enriching experience to both the organizers a well as the participants
